Best part is that there is no assembly required. Works perfectly with the Snode adjustable dumbbells. This bench is very well made and very easy to transition from one exercise to the next. The only slight negative would be the lack of resistance of the band. I wish you could add heavier bands, but it is ok with lots of reps.
Pricey, but worth the investment.
Investing in the weights men’s you have to be committed to using them. The stand makes it even easier. I would not buy these without the stand. Great, durable design!
I looked at all possible all-one Smith around this price and settled on Snode ALL10 Plus, it functions exactly how I’d like it to. From leg presses to bicep curls, and everything in between. I preferred its 1:1 pulley ratios for heavy lifting, overall quality of built (despite compromise on 2x2 uprights) and components/accessories. Very happy with it.
I reviewed many adjustable dumbells and made my decision with Snode AD80 dumbells. These are absolute tanks!! They adjust very smoothly and quickly while feeling exactly like gym dumbells. These feel extremely durable and with compliment your home gym. I highly suggest these dumbells for any home gym.
My wife and I both love it, she uses the elbow support mode with the strong rebound and it works for her. But if it's me, I switch to the classic mode for a deeper workout. The switching process is smooth and both modes feel stable.
This is absolutely the best pair of dumbells you can get. The handle is so comfortable and they are perfectly balanced in weighr distribution. I already had a set 5-40 kg hexagonal dumbells but they took a lot space and handle didn't feel that comfortable hence I wasn't using dumbells as often as I should. Thanks to Snode I have fallen in love with using dumbells again. The Snode customer service team is so helpful, responsive and lovely! Then you Bob for answering all my questions! Bob has been absolutely amazing in informing me about the product, its delivery and technical specifications. Since I bought them I have been utilising Snode Dumbells in every workout session I do! I used to use a set of adjustable Bowflex dumbbells and there's almost no comparison. The Snode's are more durable, more comfortable, and more comparable to a fixed dumbbell than anything else I've seen on the market. Adjustability is so easy and I love that you can throw in the 1.25 add-ons for micro adjustments.

These dumbbells are so awesome! They feel like a normal dumbbell and adjust quick! The stand is a must! It makes it so nice to grab them! Definitely the best decision I made and they are made of cast iron so it feels great! Value is unbeatable!
I was very impressed with the quality of the machine. The steel is thick and strong, and on most load bearing parts the joints have steel gussets to provide extra strength and support for the bolt connections. The machine is sturdy and does not wobble or move. Lots of accessories included (long pull up bar, seated row handles, rope pull downs, cross handles, etc.). The weights on each side are 70KG and are made of iron. The cable pulls very smoothly and there is no noise. Worth the price!
We’ve had a set of 552’s for 3-4years, and we wanted to add the heavier 490’s from bowflex. They’re awfully high for what they are and stay the same static length like the 552’s. During the ol scamdemic, when we HAD to build a home gym, we settled for what we could find for use since you know, let’s close down all facilities for healthy people to stay healthy, makes perfect sense, causing everybody and their mother to buy every available piece of equipment locally and on the internet.
After research and watching a pretty comical mustache guy review and destroy several brands, I decided between these and nubell dumbbells.
After reading only the 1-star reviews on each site, I overwhelmingly decided on the Snodes. More metal, less plastic, less problems. Coupled with the available stand, it’s exactly what we were looking for.
These are awesome dumbbells, the grips are the same as quality gym dumbbells. These blow the Bowflex out of the water, so I’m glad I found the crazy mustached guy.
Waited about 2 weeks for the stand, and I can state these are easier to rack with the stand as opposed to no stand, on the floor. The stand keeps the cradle base square.
The only gripe I have is they don’t have a flat spot, so they can roll away. Minor annoyance, and the only thing I’d change if I could.
These dumbbells are more than I expected, very solid and well made. With weights ranging from 10 to 80 pounds, I can easily customize the load for different exercises and progressively challenge myself. The cast iron construction is robust, providing a solid and reliable feel with every lift. The knurled handles are comfortable to grip, reducing strain on my hands and wrists, and the overall build feels secure and well-engineered.
Great product! Feels just like real dumbbells in the hand. The clincher for me in choosing snode is the quality of the solid cradle and rack. Investment for sure, but well worth the money!

I love my Snode dumbbells. They are overbuilt and indestructible and I love all of that. The 10lb increments don't really bother me. I bought the magnets to add on the additional 2.5 or 5 lbs between the 10 lbs increments but find myself never really using them. Just the smallest click and boom you have increased the weight. They also just look good. No regrets on my purchase.
The Snode Ad80 dumbbells were the perfect solution for a garage gym with limited space. Feel like regular dumbbells and simple to adjust. Made of iron (NO plastic), rugged and well balanced. Added magnetic weights to get five lb increments. Great purchase for those who want quality adjustable dumbbells up to 80lbs!
