If your dumbbells are within the size of the bottom dumbbell holder and within the range of weights it can hold, then it is possible to use them.

Solid Bench with Some Compromises

The 3-in-1 Bench offers a convenient storage system that makes working out with the AD80 dumbbells a lot easier. The bench is sturdy, aesthetically pleasing, and the added attachment points for resistance bands are a nice plus. That being said, the bench works best as a stationary unit - the dumbbells racks need to be removed before moving the bench, which can be a tedious if you move the bench for every workout. Additionally, the lack of seat adjustment for incline press for example is sadly missing. These are features that can be found on other Snode products though, such as the Adjustable Bench 2.0 if you aren't looking to store the dumbbells, or the 4-in-1 for more features and mobility. As long as you are keeping the bench in one spot and don't mind the missing features, this bench can help you save some money vs the 4-in-1.

Initially, my bench arrived damaged in shipping and I had a negative experience trying to move the bench with the dumbbells stored. Snode Support was respectful and helpful and quickly helped resolve the situation which I am very thankful for.

Solid and Space Conscious

I use it to hold the dumbbells AD80. The track is smooth and quiet, but i need to control the force when moving the bottom bracket with dumbbell to avoid pushing the wheel out of the track, which is not a big deal for me. The height of the bottom bracket is perfect for dumbbells, so you don't have to worry about muscle strain from bending down to lifting the heavy weights. Easy to adjust and sturdy. Saves a lot of space. Powerful functions.

Gym Quality Bench

This is a serious bench, It weighs 86 pounds(thicker than most benches on the market.) and supposedly will support 660 pounds (I'll never test that).

Excellent Home Workout Bench

So assembly took about 10 mins. Very simple and easy to set up.

Overall quality of the product: well made. When put together, it feels sturdy and after a few weeks of use, it doesn’t wobble. The finish is good and the stitching is well done well.
