I love the snode machine total gym! I wasn't consistent with workouts for a long time because I got bored with my workouts and didn't make it to the gym enough when I tried that route. This brought the excitement back for me! Being able to do such a large variety of exercises at home has been game changer. I'm absolutely pleased with this machine. This machine has everything I need for my workouts. There are so many options exercise wise. For a gym and not a commercial gym, it is very complete. The quality of the machine in general is very good. For me it was easy to put it together and the instructions are easy to understand and follow. I love that it has so much storage. I use the weights storage rack to put my weights and that helps for more stability and the accessories are of good quality. A plus was the excellent communication with the seller.

these are exactly what I was looking for. The magnets are super strong, and attach to any iron equipment. The labels are already wearing off on some after one or twice use.

Paired with adjustment dumbbells, I almost got a small home gym. It's everything I need. It's easier to come home and hit the weights and then relax without the added step of a gym membership. It's easy to drive past the gym and not workout, but you're not driving past home so my motivation is greater in that regard since it's at the house and I find I'm working out more because of that convenience. I think most people, young to middle age would be ok with this machine.

This thing is an absolute tank. The steel is thick, the welds are clean, and once it's bolted down (which you MUST do), it doesn't move an inch. Directions are not the best, my wife and I spent a good 4-5 hours over two nights assembling it(3D assembly videos on YouTube will speed things up even more). You really need to lay everything out and take your time. Some steps require two people.

It is the perfect addition to complete my home gym. Solid build and very smooth with all movements. I had been looking at ALL10 Plus for months and waiting for a version with weight stacks. Finally, it's here, and they even upgraded the pulley system. Really happy with it.
The machine ALL10 Plus great quality. I did upgrade the pulleys from plastic to the ones that are aluminum. The machine is extremely smooth making the workouts a pleasure. The cost of the 20 pulleys was under $150 , a bargain. During my first year of ownership I had an issue with the cables. Subsequently 2 new cables sent to me free of charge.

Assembly was a breeze (do yourself a favor and watch the youtube videos detailing assembly) and did it completely solo in 4-5 hours. Also, get an impact wrench. You'll thank me later. Excellent quality and getting really good workouts. Pulley system is really smooth and the 1:1 and 2:1 ratio is outstanding. The smith machine is also very smooth and seems well built. This really has been the surprise purchase of the year for me. Good stuff!
Easy to use, it comes with a thin knee pad, it’s sturdy and durable, the handle grips make it easier to use, the wheel rolls smoothly, the elbow area is decent, overall it is a great product and you don’t fall on your face! I wish the pad they provided was a little thicker for people who have knee pain but would highly recommend this one if you are interested in working on your abs.
I recently picked up the Snode adjustable dumbbells and they’ve been a huge upgrade over my old Bowflex set. The shape feels much closer to a traditional dumbbell, which makes it way easier to rest on my legs, shoulders, or use for overhead work like tricep extensions. With the Bowflex, the bulky design always felt clunky and awkward.
What I really appreciate, though, is the durability. Unlike my Bowflex, where plates could slip or I had to be careful about setting them down, these feel sturdy and reliable. I don’t have to worry about babying them, and that peace of mind makes every workout smoother.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for something that combines the convenience of adjustable dumbbells with the feel and sturdiness of traditional dumbbells.
