Both AD80 warranty periods include protection against accidental drops from heights of up to 32 inches.
AD105 and AD120 cover accidental drops from heights of up to 32 inches under 45°. AD80 includes protection against accidental drops from heights of up to 32 inches. Coverage applies during each model's applicable warranty period. This expressly included drop coverage is an exception to the general exclusion for accidental damage.
Stands, benches and accessories have their own warranty periods.

The lifetime warranty for AD105 and AD120 does not extend the separate warranty periods for other products purchased with them.

SNODE warranties cover defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use during the applicable warranty period.
During their applicable warranty periods, AD105 and AD120 include protection against accidental drops from heights of up to 32 inches at angles of 45° or less. AD80 includes protection against accidental drops from heights of up to 32 inches. Covered accidental drops are an exception to the general exclusion for accidental damage below.
Valid proof of purchase is required. Contact SNODE within a reasonable time after discovering the issue and provide a clear description.
Necessary repair parts, accessories or tools for an approved warranty claim are provided free of charge during the applicable warranty period. Product replacement is at SNODE's discretion.
Shipping, packaging and return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.

The lifetime warranty applies to the new AD105 and AD120 models. AD80 retains its 4-year warranty for orders shipped on or after March 1, 2026, or its 2-year warranty for orders shipped before that date. Drop protection is subject to the model-specific conditions stated above.
Lifetime customer support means you can continue to contact SNODE for troubleshooting and after-sales assistance, even after a product's warranty expires. It does not extend a product's warranty period or automatically include free parts or replacements outside warranty coverage.
