The ladder system along the back pad allows for 8 easy and secure angle adjustments, , the seat pad is adjustable from 0 to 30 degrees, and the cable crossover arm is adjustable in 7 angles. The upgraded wheels at the bottom can be released by just lifting it slightly, and this bench can be moved by simply pushing and pulling without removing everything inside.
We use a pop pin lock, which can be easily adjusted to the appropriate position with one hand for greater security. Then choose the resistance level that suits you and fully exercise your arms, chest, etc.
Lift the bench slightly to release the built-in transport wheels, then simply push or pull it to the position you want, pull the internal pull rod to retract the built-in transport wheels, and the rubber feet at the bottom will grip the ground again, which is very stable and quick.
