The Snode 1.25 LB Magnet Weight Plates are scientifically designed to provide maximum safety for all your strength training. Each plate is calibrated to a total weight of 1.25 lbs. So they can realize the adjustment of 2.5 lb and 5 lb increments on your Snode dumbbells, making them ideal for any exercise you need.
Design
The nob shape is designed to create a magnet add-on with strong enough magnets to ensure security as well as easy to add and remove, the flat, low-profile design is difficult to grip and remove because you can only use the grip of your fingertips. But these add-ons are contoured and high enough, and have a groove to help you grip them and remove them.
Uses
Utilizes the magnetic adsorption characteristics to increase the weight by a small number of pounds.(The weight of each is 1.25LB.)
More Uses
Can also be used on other weight training equipments such as Smith machines

Customer has 30 days from the date of order delivery to return your purchase to us. The customer is responsible for shipping cost if the product have no quality problems. The product must be in perfect working condition in its original packaging. Restocking fee will apply if product is not received back in these conditions.
Canceling orders after product has shipped with result in a $40.00 restocking fee and original shipping cost will not be refunded.
You can increase the weight of the dumbbells by adjusting the dial directly or adding magnetic weight plates. For magnetic weight plates, ensure compatibility, then simply place the magnetic side against the dumbbell bar for a secure fit. Both methods provide flexibility in adjusting weights to suit your workout needs, offering convenience and versatility in your training routine.
Precautions
- Please avoid hitting or pushing the product directly during use, as it may cause it to fall.
- This product is mainly used on the surface of iron and cast iron dumbbells. Do not use it on rubber surfaces, as it may fall off.
- It is not recommended to be adsorbed on products that are not flat and the magnetic bar cannot be fully attached.
- It is not recommended to be attached to equipment that will swing quickly, frequently and at a large angle.
- When disassembling, please hold the edge groove and pull it out, try to avoid the product from being rubbed.

Excellent - works completely as described and is a great way to add weight in small increments up to 5lbs. Maybe the only minor, insignificant drawback is that the black paint that details the brand and weight amount scrapes off easily.

These weights work well. The magnets have the appropriate amount of holding power. The machine work on these looks like it is decent quality. The only negative is the printing is rubbing off. I've had these for about 20 days so far. I included pics of the issue. The printing coming off isn't really that big of deal to me, but I did subtract one star for it. If I had the choice to pay more and not have the printing come off - I'd rather deal with this issue and not pay more. I found "super permanent ink" sharpie seems to stay on reasonably well.
I put these weights on a scale. They vary bet 1lb 4.6oz and 1lb 4.8oz. I am satisfied that they are close to the stated 1lb 4oz (1.25lb) weight.
Overall, I'd recommend these.

We also want to sincerely apologize for the printing rubbing off so quickly. This is not the level of quality we want to deliver, and we are taking your feedback seriously. We want you to know that we've already upgraded our manufacturing process by the end of 2025, and the printing on our newer batches is now designed to stay on even if you try to rub it off intentionally. It's very possible that the set you received was from an older batch before this upgrade.

They're good magnets, sticking to the weight stack with quite a bit of strength! So, if you want powerful magnets, I suppose you could pick these up.

The grooves on the side of the magnet are designed to provide a better grip when removing it from the dumbbell. Without these grooves, the smooth surface would make it very difficult to take the strong magnet off by hand.
