  • A 1:1 pulley ratio means the resistance you feel at the handle is the same as the weight selected on the weight stack, ideal for exercises where a lot of weight is needed and the movement is relatively slow, like lat pulldowns or low rows.

  • A 2:1 pulley ratio means that the resistance you feel at the handle of a cable machine is half of the weight you've selected on the weight stack (50lbs feels like 25lbs to move), delivers smoother movement, longer range, and better control, perfect for functional training, rehab, or Isolation exercise

Snode ALL10 Pro with Stack Smith Machine has two pulley systems. When you pull only one of them, the pulley ratio is 2:1.

To access the 1:1 ratio, clip the attachment's carabiner onto both the pulley cable ends with the connection accessory.
