Pick-up process

1. Add the products you need to your cart, select pickup shipping method on the checkout page, and complete the payment.

2. We will send you a pick-up confirmation email within 2 working days. Please make sure the email address you left when placing the order is correct. Or you can simply contact our email: support@snodesport.com with your order number after placing your order to inform us of your pickup time. It’s worth noting that our pickup available hours are from Tuesday - Friday, 9:00am - 3:00pm.

3. After confirming your pickup time with you, we will send you a bill of lading via email.

Please bring your bill of lading to the warehouse to pick up the goods at the scheduled time

4. After you pick up the goods, we will refund the corresponding discount amount for your order, if your order meets the above conditions.

I'm sorry that we don't have a discount code for this. The way to get the discount is that after you successfully pick up the goods, we will refund the corresponding discount amount for your order. You will not receive this discount until your order is completed.

We're sorry, but since the warehouse takes time to receive and arrange the goods, and we need to apply for a bill of lading for your order, same-day pickup is not feasible.

No, since orders are prepped based on appointments made. If you show up without an appointment, our warehouse team is unable to act on your order, so your pickup will not be successful.

If you would like to change your order from pickup to delivery, please contact us in 2 working days. And the discount will be invalid.

If you would like to change your order from delivery to pickup, please let us know ASAP. Once an order for delivery has been processed for shipment, we cannot make changes.
