I was hesitant to buy the row machine, mostly because it looked so big, and i thought there would be assembly required. But the machine came mostly pre-assembled and folds down to only half its length. Its construction is very solid and feels very sturdy. When in use, the seat glides effortlessly on its rails, and the water wheel makes a very calming (puts you in the zone) sound. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I love it. I wanted something with good resistance, but something that I could use in an apartment that wasn’t too noisy. I’m a pretty strong guy and I feel the workout in the lower resistance settings. Great rower. Wish the app worked but that’s a different story lol.

The 32-level resistance is automatically adjusted, which is completely enough for me. Another reason I brought a rower as it is almost a no impact exercise which won't mess with my body joints except to strengthen them.
